My voice to pave the way …
There are so many of us … cancer victims.
So many of us want to scream our revolt, our anger, our distress.
Many of us speak for those who cannot.
So, like my sisters, my mentors, I lend my voice to all of us.
Sorority, a word I discovered while readingRoseand listening to Céline Lis Raoux.
Sorority, human warmth to break this solitude, which is so strong during the ordeal.
This desire to write that so many of you have expressed and sometimes fulfilled.
Ultimate resilience, ultimate self-giving.
Straightforward, shocking for some, inspiring for others.
A gift, a final test. Baring all once again to share.
“Fighting Lady” has now been published, for me, for us, for you…
I will regularly share an excerpt with you, hoping it brings you some comfort and
allows you to feel less lonely in this difficult ordeal.
